CentERlab is the facility of the Tilburg School of Economics and Management for economic experiments.
It consists of a computerized laboratory, containing 36 partitioned workstations (the A-lab) and 10 individual cubicles (the B-lab).
CentERlab is located in room C03, which can be found at the basement level of Building C at Tilburg University.

What does it mean to participate in an experiment?
  • As a participant of an experiment, you are given a (usually rather simple) decision task (e.g. "choose an action A, B, or C", "set a price for a good" etc.). All the information that you need to perform the task is provided on the spot at the experiment.
  • Because you are participating in an experiment, your decisions have "real" economic consequences, that means that you will actually earn money! How much money you will earn, however, can depend on your decisions, and on the duration of the experiment.
  • Your decisions will be processed anonymously.
  • The results of the experiments will be used for scientific studies and reports.
